Any alternative medicine ideas for long term back pain?

Hello, I have tried chronic pain clinics, some strong meds, accupuncture, exercise, etc and still have lumbar spine back pain that greatly limits my function. I have bulging discs in L4 and L5 with spinal stenosis. Has anyone had any luck with anything alternative? Your honest replies greatly appreciated, THANKS

Alternative to medicine for menstrual cramps?

What are some alternatives to medicine for menstrual cramps?

I don’t want to take midol or tylenol (even if it might work). I just want to ease the pain for now. What could I do? Any type of food I could eat or something I could drink?

And don’t suggest a hot water bottle, because I can’t have one.

Why Do Christians Believe in Alternative Medicine?

These are the same parents that don’t give the kids vaccines and shots because the kid might get Autism even when there is no link between the two.
